It would seem, how can a person involved in sports have health problems? However, the truth is that many sports are extremely traumatic, others have specific risks - like the risk of frostbite for climbers, for example. Cyclists, like other athletes, suffer from diseases characteristic of this sport. And in order to earn all this, it is not necessary to be a professional athlete. In this article, we will tell you which diseases are most common among cyclists, how to avoid them and where to treat them.

The first place definitely belongs to all kinds of injuries: fractures, bruises, sprains and muscle injuries, tendon damage. Any experienced (and not so) cyclist knows that it is enough to fall unsuccessfully once - and you can immediately earn a lot of injuries. Here you have a bruised knee, which eventually transforms into arthrosis, and an intervertebral hernia, and a torn tendon.

How to avoid?

First, do a warm-up exercise before you go on a ride. Secondly, do not forget to wear protection - a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads. These precautions will greatly reduce the risk, although they will not eliminate it. Third, watch your diet. A well-chosen diet will help strengthen bone and cartilage tissue. And even if the injury still happened, in the future you can avoid the development of arthrosis if your joints get enough of the necessary substances.

How to diagnose?

If, after a fall, the pain in the bruised area does not go away for a long time, swelling appears or the range of motion decreases, consult a doctor immediately. Do not assume that smearing a sore spot with an anti-inflammatory ointment will be enough. Often serious injuries do not look like such at first glance. Depending on your complaints, the specialist should prescribe the following diagnostic procedures for you: ultrasound, MRI, X-ray, computed tomography, arthroscopy.

How to avoid?

  • Choose only a rigid saddle, adjust its height and inclination to suit you. You should rest against the seat with the pelvic bones, not the perineum.
  • Choose the right underwear - it should not rub anywhere on you.

How to diagnose?

Instrumental diagnostics (ultrasound, angiography, etc.) and laboratory tests (primarily hormone levels) can be prescribed. There is no direct evidence of a direct effect on male potency today. However, this possibility should not be ruled out.

Where to treat?

For the treatment of impotence, we recommend contacting a German private clinic PAN clinic. There is a very strong department of urology, patients are treated by eminent doctors from university clinics. The level of service will smooth out emotional feelings about the diagnosis.

With the advent of antibiotics, bacterial infections are no longer life-threatening. If you seek medical help in time, you will be able to avoid severe.

There are two types of antibiotics:

  • drugs with a bactericidal action - aimed at the complete destruction of microorganisms
  • drugs with a bacteriostatic effect - aimed at stopping the growth and reproduction of bacteria

An infected person may be given antibiotics by mouth (tablet) or, in severe cases, by intramuscular or intravenous injection (injection).

Antibacterial drugs can often cause an allergic reaction. Therefore, against the background of taking an antibiotic, antihistamines are prescribed. In case of severe allergies, the drug should be replaced. If the antibiotic gives a lot, then it is not suitable. The doctor may prescribe another.

Together with antibacterial drugs, as a rule, prebiotics for the intestines are prescribed. Also drugs that strengthen the immune system, and vitamin complexes.

There is a certain danger that bacteria will get used to certain antibiotics. Then the medicine will stop working. Therefore, it is necessary not to interrupt the course of treatment ahead of time. If the antibiotic does not overcome the disease and there is no improvement, then it will need to be replaced with a stronger one.

Recovery after a bacterial disease can be of several types:

  • complete - all pathogens are completely removed from the body
  • laboratory - according to the results of laboratory studies, no pathogenic microorganisms were detected
  • clinical - no symptoms of the disease were detected

If the treatment is carried out in a timely manner, then complete recovery occurs without the development of any dangerous complications.

Preventive measures

As a preventive measure, it is necessary to strengthen the immune system. If a person has a strong immune system, then many infectious diseases will not be dangerous for him. If the disease does develop, it will pass in a mild form and recovery will come quickly.

To strengthen the immune system, you need to walk more, eat right, and carry out hardening procedures. The food should include fruits and vegetables, which have a large amount of vitamins and other beneficial substances.

As hardening procedures, you can use a contrast shower, dousing with cold water. You can regularly visit the steam room, swimming pool. Outdoors should be spent at least two hours a day. If this is not possible, then at least on weekends you should breathe air.

Perfectly strengthens the body physical education. You can do gymnastics in the morning or run. You should visit the gym at least three times a week.

Be sure to avoid contact with people who are already sick. If contact cannot be avoided, then a gauze bandage should be put on the face. It is necessary to wash your hands thoroughly after visiting the patient, it is better to use antibacterial soap for these purposes.

Vaccination is another important preventive measure. Need to be vaccinated before traveling exotic countries. Children are also required to be vaccinated.

Bacterial infections are diverse, so you should be attentive to your state of health, and at the first manifestations of the disease, immediately consult a doctor.

At the dawn of scientific and technological progress, dictators and governments of totalitarian states dreamed of turning the most ancient occult knowledge and hidden possibilities of the human psyche into weapons in order to make their own population conformist obedient, blindly fulfilling the will of the dictator and his entourage. With the creation of this type of weapon, the military received an ideal means of mass enslavement and destruction. But if at the end of the 19th century it was impossible to realize these dreams, due to the weak development of technology, then already at the beginning of the 20th century, when science began to develop intensively, they began to be implemented in practice. By the end of the last century, scientific and technical thought has stepped so far that even now some of the existing, and most importantly, already used, non-traditional types of weapons seem to an uninformed person to be an invention of science fiction writers.

Today, many scientists dealing with this problem agree that the main principle of the weapon of the coming century is its sparing effect, which consists mainly in the impact on the human psyche. Moreover, different types of weapons can have different psychological effects (PsV).

According to domestic and foreign experts, the psychological impact is divided into the following types:

Information and psychological;

psychogenic;

Psychoanalytic;

Neurolinguistic;

Psychotronic;

Psychotropic.

The United States psychological warfare agencies are currently “ahead of the rest” in their attempts to use and use these types of psychological influence. And if the information-psychological impact - the impact of the word, information, the main purpose of which is the formation of certain ideological (social) ideas, views, ideas, beliefs - has been used in armed conflicts for a very long time and widely not only by Americans, but also by other countries, then the rest types of PSV remain exotic for many due to the unconventionality of the types of weapons used in this case.

It is believed that today the psychoanalytic (psycho-correctional) impact (the impact on the human subconscious by therapeutic agents, especially in a state of hypnosis or deep sleep) and the neurolinguistic impact (the impact that changes the motivation of people by introducing special linguistic programs into their minds) have not been directly used in armed conflicts. However, it should be assumed that since US scientists are actively working on this problem, and some programs are funded by the military, the world may soon learn how these types of PsV affected America's enemies.

In armed conflicts of the late 20th - early 21st century, the Americans began to exert psychogenic, psychotropic and psychotronic influences on the enemy. Since these types of PsV are partially classified, and therefore unknown to the general public, we will characterize them.

Psychogenic impact is a consequence of:

a) physical impact on the brain of an individual, as a result of which a violation of normal neuropsychic activity is observed. These can be brain injuries, as a result of which a person loses the ability to think rationally, his memory disappears, etc. Or he is exposed to such physical factors (sound, lighting, temperature, and others), which, through certain physiological reactions, change the state of his psyche;

b) the shock impact of environmental conditions or some events (for example, pictures of mass destruction, numerous victims, etc.) on a person’s consciousness, as a result of which he is not able to act rationally, loses orientation in space, experiences affect or depression, falls into a panic, stupor, etc.

Psychotronic (parapsychological, extrasensory) influence is an influence on people carried out by transmitting information through extrasensory (unconscious) perception.

Psychotropic influence is the impact on the psyche of people with the help of medicines, chemical or biological substances.

Psychogenic, psychotropic and psychotronic effects are exerted on people through non-lethal types of weapons, which have been of great interest to Pentagon representatives for the past two decades, as they meet the demands of the American military-political leadership for a war with low casualties.

Information weapons are constantly used in armed conflicts, they are well studied, so we will not dwell on them in detail. But the use of non-traditional methods, psychotropic, psychogenic and psychotronic weapons is of particular interest.

The history of the development of non-lethal weapons (NLW) in the modern sense of the term began in 1953, when the US President signed the National Psychological Warfare plan. It was a joint development of the Pentagon and the CIA under the top-secret program "MK-Ultra" (superbrain control). Already by 1978, 44 universities, 15 colleges, about 50 companies, 10 hospitals and a number of secret enterprises, whose names were not pronounced aloud, were involved in this program in the USA. But the world community became aware of the program, and President D. Carter announced its termination. Secret enterprises were transferred to military intelligence.

The same thing happened with the zombification program: it was successfully launched, but soon the US realized that zombification was laborious and ultimately ineffective. The group was disbanded.

After the end of the Persian Gulf War (1991) in the secret laboratories of the US Department of Defense, work began on several dozen projects to create fundamentally new types of non-lethal (soft, gentle, immobilizing) weapons. Although some of its samples, for example, powerful lasers, microwave emitters, and means of impulse destruction, cannot be called “soft” weapons. Despite this, in 1999, the NATO Council takes NLW into service.

Perhaps the Americans are making the greatest progress in creating and using precision weapons(WTO) and weapons based on new physical principles (ONFP), which exert psychogenic PSV on the enemy.

In the 20th century, new types of weapons and entire combat systems appeared, which were used in all wars after 1945. In the Korean War of 1950-53. 9 previously unknown weapons were used. In Vietnam in 1964-75. - 25. In the Arab-Israeli wars in 1967-73.82-86. - 30. In Afghanistan - 50. In the Gulf War in 1991 - more than 100. WTO and ONFP consist of several types of weapons. Developers around the world, but especially the Americans, focused on tools capable of causing severe bodily harm, strong pain, deep mental disorders, shock. So, in Vietnam they were: automatic rifle A-15, striking with arrow-shaped elements 2.5 cm long; cluster fragmentation bombs; toxic substances; napalm; biological weapons. Today they already seem like children's toys.

The Americans, developing the WTO, aim to minimize the effectiveness of the enemy's actions in war, as well as shock the enemies with their achievements. The duties of the American warrior in the future will only include pushing a button. The intelligent weapon will do the rest. Today, the Pentagon is busy building huge supersonic drones and space-based weapons that will allow the United States to strike the enemy from its own territory at lightning speed. Within 25 years, the new technology should make the US independent of military bases and cooperation with regional allies. The desire for self-sufficiency stems in part from America's difficulties in securing international assistance for the invasion of Iraq. The new weapon is being developed under a program codenamed Falcon.

And here is how N.I. Anisimov described in his book “Psychotronic Golgotha” the equipment of a soldier of the future: “he will have a protective helmet with a mask-display to display the necessary information, special uniforms (overalls, gloves, shoes) that provide protection from bullets, fragments, chemical and biological weapons, incendiaries, laser, microwave and acoustic radiation, an air conditioner that maintains an optimal microclimate, a small-sized personal computer, navigation communication equipment with "friend or foe" identification, a complex of sensitive sensors (optical, acoustic, thermal imaging), to control the situation. Weapons: laser, microwave, acoustic, electric and conventional weapons. Auxiliary means: robotic means for various purposes, vehicles protected by armor and bullet traps, equipped with special electromagnetic, infrared and acoustic installations; a system that provides protection for units and equipment from detection, based on fiberglass optics. The author believed that in ten years the armed forces of many states would be equipped and armed in this way. The book was published seven years ago, but much has already become a reality, although the time allotted by the author has not yet expired.

Today, using the example of the American Operation Enduring Freedom against Iraq, the world can observe how far technological progress has come.

The computers of the headquarters of the army corps tracked up to 1000 ground targets per hour. The system has performed well combat control- TMBCS (Theater Battle Management Core Systems), which made it possible to plan flights simultaneously for army and carrier-based aircraft (cost about 375 million dollars). At the tactical and operational levels, maps were abandoned, since they used the distributed combat control system FBCB2 (Force XXI Battle Command Brigade or Below). Data from the space constellation, reconnaissance aircraft, and unmanned aerial vehicles were constantly received by commanders of tanks, armored personnel carriers, and servicemen operating autonomously.

All commanders of combat units had mobile computers in a particularly rugged unit brand Tallahosse Technologies Inc (500 MHz / 4 GB / Windows 95 / NT), each soldier could send a letter by e-mail. All mobile ground objects, their position, were continuously tracked by the MTS (Army Movement Tracking System) system worth 418 million dollars. The system involved more than 4,000 on-board computers and 100 servers, users had a personal password. The commanders monitored the state of health, the movement of the wounded and sick using the rear transport system TCRCCES (Transportation Command Regulation and Command and Control Evacuation System) worth about 900 million dollars. Data on 100% of the personnel of the coalition group were entered into an information database. Medical officers on the battlefield used portable satellite stations, laptops and diagnostic equipment, so the wounded and sick arrived at the rear already with a diagnosis and x-rays.

The US military power was widely reported in the press and, of course, these reports made a strong impression on the Iraqis.

The United States also created a "laser dazzler" for a grenade launcher, provisionally named "Sabor 203". It consists of a laser diode placed in a hard plastic capsule and a control panel that sends pulses into it. By pressing a button on the control panel, the shooter puts the laser into continuous beam mode, which allows you to blind the enemy with a bright red light beam. According to the creators of the installation, employees of the Department of Visual and Laser Technology of the US Air Force Laboratory (Kirtland, New Mexico), it has an effective range of up to 300 meters. In Somalia, the Americans tested the Sabor 203 on civilians. The dazzler's laser beam, directed at a crowd of hostile locals, caused panic among them.

Similar or similar results are produced by the use of holographic images, which can have a serious impact on the mental state of people, especially in extreme or combat conditions. The Pentagon plans to create holographic images of Islamic martyrs in the sky during military operations, who “from heaven” will advise their fellow believers to stop resistance, surrender to the mercy of the enemy, or return home. Based on the available facts, it can be assumed that tests of such devices are already underway.

So, in foreign media it was noted that on February 1, 1993, during a small sandstorm at a distance of about 15 km west of Mogadishu (Somalia), soldiers marines The United States noticed an unusual phenomenon above the surface of the Earth. In a cloud of sand and dust rotating in the sky, an image of a human face about 150 meters in size began to form. A few minutes later, they realized that this was not just a human face, but the face of Jesus Christ, similar to images in religious paintings and sculptures, and experienced a strong psychological shock that gave them additional strength. Sandstorm lasted no more than five minutes. The "face of Christ", which, according to Somali newspapers, was seen by thousands of eyewitnesses, disappeared with the wind.

Experts believe that this image was a holographic pattern created for test purposes by the psychological warfare unit of the American peacekeeping contingent in Somalia. This idea is also suggested by the fact that the American military was forbidden to discuss what happened with the press, and the military command at briefings denied the “coming of Christ”, referring to the fact that the soldiers were in a state of drug intoxication. Based on the reaction of the "guinea pigs", we can conclude that the tests were successful and there are great opportunities for a new type of psychological impact.

Despite the significant success that the United States has achieved in the creation and use of laser weapons, it should be noted that so far they have only projects of laser graphics reproduced from the earth's surface.

Another American military program called HAARP / HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), operating in the microwave and EHF bands, refers to a climatic type of weapon. The essence of the developed military technology is as follows: above the ozone layer is a fragile ionosphere, a gaseous layer enriched with electrical particles called ions. This ionosphere can be heated by powerful antennas. Further, it is possible to create artificial ion clouds, similar in shape to optical lenses. These lenses can be used to reflect low frequency waves and to generate energy "death rays" that are focused on predetermined geographic locations.

According to experts, the significance of a qualitative leap in this system, based on new physical principles, is comparable to the transition from edged weapons to firearms or from conventional to nuclear.

The HAARP system allows you to block radio communications, disable the on-board electronic equipment of rockets, aircraft and space satellites, cause large-scale accidents in electrical networks and oil and gas pipelines, negatively affect the mental state and physical well-being of people, etc. In addition, geophysical methods of warfare (influencing the weather, initiating earthquakes and tsunamis, which, like intelligent weapons, can have a psychogenic effect on a potential enemy.

The first three powerful radiophysical installations being built in Alaska, Greenland and Norway, to influence the high layers of the atmosphere, heat it up and focus "death rays" on certain geographical areas, are being built in such a way that they will create a closed circuit, covering primarily Russia. Yes, on northern Alaska a forest of antennas is being built, which will consist of 360 towers 24 meters high, with the help of which the military will radiate powerful beams of rays of various frequencies into the ionosphere. It is planned to create a network of regional HAARP centers.

Equally important is given to other types of weapons based on new physical principles. The US military is busy building the Veasey Building system, which makes it possible to see through various materials.

No less impressive are the developments of foreign scientists in the field of weapons of psychophysical control of the intellect. According to the open press, the psychophysical impact on a person gives sensitive results, for example, with the help of low-energy (no more than 50 μW/cm) irradiation. Such effects can be provided by microwave and EHF generators. There are no technical problems in creating the appropriate modulation today. Of particular practical importance is the irradiation of the human brain and central nervous system. Such works are traditionally of interest to the special services of the world.

Such a psychophysical impact can cause a person to have inhibition of reactions, insecurity, fear, fun, anger, loss of a sense of self-preservation, inability to control their own actions, evaluate and analyze difficult life situations, navigate in time and space, etc. All this can be used for local and mass effects. As a result, it is possible to stimulate unusual actions of people, strike movements, demonstrations, riots, and also influence social, political (including elective), economic (for example, disorganization of production) processes. The use of weapons of psychophysical control of the intellect is of particular importance in the conduct of hostilities.

It is important to note that in the new "arms race" non-lethal weapons began to be based in space, and today there are practically no technical problems for their development.

Attention is drawn to the TELEDEZIS satellite communication system created in the USA, which includes about 300 satellites. It can be assumed that the technical characteristics of the satellites are a dual-use system. For example, a sufficiently high radiation power density on the Earth's surface allows the United States to solve a wide range of military tasks, including controlling the psychology and behavior of people. In addition, the TELEDESIS system uses an unusually large number of satellites, which provide the possibility of irradiating any point on the Earth simultaneously from at least two satellites, which gives 2-5-fold duplication and the required power.

However, many leading experts in the field of social psychiatry express doubts that the technology available in the world can give the desired results. The newest drugs are in many cases more effective in influencing the psyche. But experts do not deny the fact that some effects associated with the lack of physical contact and remoteness of influence take place, respectively, money for such topics, including orders from special services, is and will be given all over the world and beyond. This is especially practiced in the United States.

The US military funded at one time the research of José Delgado, a scientist who achieved amazing results by influencing the brain with electrodes implanted in it. And he did it at a considerable distance. By influencing different areas of the brain of his patients, Delgado caused fear, rage, fun, lust, talkativeness, etc.

Mass protests were caused by the scientist's experiments precisely because of their partial funding by the military. However, the outrage gradually subsided, and it seemed that Delgado's time had passed, as science switched to new ways of influencing the brain, primarily pharmacology. But now they remembered his experiments. The fact is that the technique itself has improved significantly. The Pentagon is again discussing the issue of implanting microchips into the brains of soldiers to increase their psychophysical abilities.

The Japanese are not far behind the Americans. Recently, the Japanese company NTT demonstrated a device that allows you to control the actions of a person. It looks like the most ordinary headphones. Weak discharges pass through the "ears" electric current, which disturb the balance of a person, and he instinctively begins to lean in the right direction, trying to "stay" on his feet. And with the help of a group of correctly selected impulses, you can make a person go in the right direction and stimulate various physical reactions. An experimental stand that simulates the sensations of a race car driver is ready. Developers continue to work on a military order.

As for psychotronic weapons, there are known facts of work on the creation of high-frequency and low-frequency brain coding generators, dowsing installations, and the use of chemical and biological agents to stimulate certain psychological reactions. Psychotronics focuses mainly on methods associated with the use of technical means of influencing consciousness, for example, the mentioned generators. At present, it is too early to talk about the active use of psychotronic weapons as a means of psychological warfare, but experts are doing everything possible to make maximum use of what has already been at least minimally developed. For example, they use the effect caused by color spots embedded in a computer virus, designated by the apocalyptic "number of the beast" - 666 (V666). This virus is able to negatively affect the psycho-physiological state of the operator of a personal computer (up to death). The principle of its operation is based on the phenomenon of the so-called 25th frame, which is considered a very powerful means of suggestion. Although it should be noted that at present there is no consensus among scientists about the existence of this phenomenon.

More than 20 years ago, starting the first secret research in the field of creating non-lethal types of weapons capable of causing great harm to the enemy without destroying him, and also making their own soldiers practically invulnerable to the enemy, the Americans prudently took care that in the event of even a minimal declassification, information about this kind of research was distorted or veiled and did not alert the international community. In connection with this and a host of other circumstances, today non-lethal weapons do not fall under any of the international conventions which would prohibit the development, stockpiling and use of such weapons. And the Americans, while the necessary legislative base does not exist, are actively working in this direction, exerting psychogenic, psychotropic and other types of psychological impact on the opponents of American democracy, real and potential. And how will their experiments on objectionable to the white house regimes and individuals is still impossible to predict.

(Part one. Background)

In addition, in special zones(the energy nodes of the planet) used to be located generators with programs to suppress the will and consciousness of people, turning them into obedient biorobots. Key figures, such as priests, priests or magicians, were involved to convey the desired message.

With an open or weak psi-protection, any information is easily imposed on a person, since the Brain cannot adequately and critically process incoming messages, especially those repeated several times. A person acquired a sense of Faith, being formed by information of a narrowly focused content, remainingblind to information of a different kind . Almost every person on earth is subject to psi-influence, unable to resist the environment in which the stability of the life-accompanying frequencies of the natural nature of the Earth is disturbed, but receives only his part of the "instructions" of the forced executive state.

Since N.V. Levashov perfectly understood the physics (nature of the processes) of this psi-impact and applied his Knowledge to destroy psi-generators, he created a powerful device for neutralizing destructive radiation and restoring the psi-protection of people - the PSI-FIELD GENERATOR, which was used in wide range of purposes. How these technologies protect against psi-weapons will be discussed below.

Prerequisites for the creation of psychotronic weapons.

The prerequisites for the creation of psychotronic weapons are obscenely simple. As it turned out, the human psyche is a soft, malleable, practically unprotected system, due to the development of events that began 18 thousand years ago. The very first experiments on influencing it were crowned with stunning success. More than a hundred years ago, in the era of steam locomotives and gramophones, mental control and correction according to the “electronics” program became available. Now just imagine what you can do with a person with the help of modern technologies and satellites launched into near-Earth space!

What is a psi weapon?

Psychotronic weapons are a means of influencing the human body, as a result of which the following can occur:

1) complete or partial destruction of the psyche and brain;

2) violation of the vital processes of the whole organism or individual organs, leading to diseases and death.

3) providing control action (creating zombies and biorobots).

What are the means by which the above effects are carried out? It must be said that the range of methods and technical devices here is very wide and varied. Some of them still remain a mystery behind seven seals, but information about some, so to speak, "classic" developments now and then slips through the revelations of elderly scientists, retired military and intelligence agents. So let's start with the most famous brainwashing machine calledpsi generator orpsi emitter .

The human body is by and large an electrochemical system, apart from the fact that a living cellhas both its own and introduced electric potential. This potential can be both positive and negative with parameters corresponding to the existence of a living cell in a particular life support system. The human brain is a complex complex that controls all the cells of the human body.

Every living BRAIN CELL is an electro-magnetic-gravity GENERATOR , and the brain as a whole autonomously maintains the albedo of the entire human body, creating optimal conditions for existence for each living cell of the body. These conditions ensure the work of the whole organism as a single system. And if so, it is natural for the wave that at one time the idea arose to influence it with the help of electromagnetic waves and fields. By changing the field strength, wavelength and their frequency, it is possible to seriously influence the state of a person, his psyche. So, for example, an electromagnetic wave with a frequency of 20 Hz causes strong emotional arousal, but a wave with a frequency of 2 Hz has the opposite effect, in other words, it causes a feeling of complete apathy and depression. Along with electromagnetic, other types of radiation can be used in psi-generators, for example, such as torsion, ultrasonic, microwave, etc.

Psi-generators of technogenic nature began to be created even before the start of World War II in the Soviet Union, Germany and the United States, experiments were carried out on psi-influence on the general population. Apparently, the Germans advanced further than others in this matter. The scientists of the Third Reich were not burdened by fear for what they had done, pity and morality, they had an almost unlimited amount of experimental human material, the preservation of life and health of which could not be worried at all. But this is only one, visible, side of reality. The truth lies in the fact that a command (idea) was imputed to a certain genotype through the Alps-2 Control Complex for the accelerated continuation of the experiment under the programs of the intervention Control System - “energy biogenesis of the Living Flesh Cell”, elimination of spent genotypes, development of the genotype for a contact state with the Ebrian Brain, the combination of the Ebrian Brain with the improved "shirt" of people - the creation of true Aryans, but in fact - a more perfect "chosen" 4xx genotype. If we add to this the most powerful and non-random scientific, industrial and financial potential, it becomes clear why Germany was far ahead of its enemies and competitors.

Managing people with the help of psi-influence technologies is an ambiguous topic and requires detailed consideration, so it would not be superfluous to give a history of secret developments that have been usedNOT FOR THE BENEFIT OF .

Beginning in mid-1941, all research on psi-weapons was concentrated within the walls of the Institute for the Physics of Consciousness, an incredibly secret institution that worked in the Ahnenerbe system. It was there that the Thor project was born, named after one of the ancient Germanic gods, but in fact it was a torsion field generator. There is extremely little data on this project, but even from them it can be judged that the successes of the Nazis have already allowed them to move from purely scientific research to the use of psi-emitters in practice.

According to Yuri Malin, scientific consultant of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Hitler's well-known headquarters "Werwolf" (Werewolf), located 8 kilometers north of Vinnitsa, was not at all such. In fact, it was a top-secret object, in the deep underground bunker of which the systems of the most powerful torsion generator were located. This same generator was supposed to control almost the entire Eastern Europe(see article ).

By the beginning of 1944, a dozen and a half psi generators and a network of repeater masts were deployed throughout Germany. Day and night they transmitted the same mental order: morale, devotion to the Fuhrer, the will to win. From that moment on, the decadent moods among the Germans subsided sharply, they again listened with lust to the speeches of Dr. Goebbels and prepared to die for great Germany. However, psi-processing could not make up for the losses. Allied troops in the anti-Hitler coalition were advancing. When the enemy approached, the Nazis blew up their psi-emitters and repeaters. As a result of this, the morale of the troops and the population began to fall, the defense fell apart, but the Nazis simply had no other choice. They could not allow the new secret weapon hit the enemy.

However, the Nazis did not have time to fully realize their plans, as they were defeated by the Allied forces. After the end of hostilities, all the developments of the Ahnenerbe Institute migrated to the victorious countries. The lion's share of them ended up in the USA. For example, during the special operation "Clip", about 600 fascist scientists who specialized in creating psi-weapons were sent across the ocean. All of them were immediately connected to the CIA's MK-Ultra project.

From 1950 to 1973, in the USA, along with MK-Ultra, a number of large projects were launched: Artichoke, Blue bird”, “MK-search”. In 1977, all major projects for the creation and improvement of psychotronic weapons are concentrated in the new Center for Advanced Physical Research. In parallel, work in this direction continues in other140 smaller laboratories. The frantic desire to rule the world among American hawks is downright off the charts. Unfortunately, it must be admitted that they are confidently moving along this path.

Here is the information that was made public by the Bulgarian scientist, Dr. philosophical sciences Teodor Dichev:

“On August 18, 1991, the American cruiser Belknap moored in the Varna region. The equipment sheathed on board did not look like conventional weapons. Shortly before that, it was tested in the Persian Gulf. With the appearance of a mysterious ship in its waters, strange things began in the ranks of the Iraqi army. Hardened by years of the most brutal war with Iraq, Saddam Hussein's guardsmen began to embrace animal fear. At first they surrendered by the tens, then by the thousands. It was the first psychotronic war in the history of mankind. It was won by the United States under President George W. Bush, who, even when he was chief of the CIA, personally oversaw the department involved in psi-development.

On August 19, 1991, the zombie generator aboard the Belknap was uncovered again. The setting went to a special mode of operation: instead of horror, euphoria was programmed. An invisible beam aimed at Moscow. In the Russian capital, it was corrected by special equipment installed on the sixth floor of the American Embassy. Previously, it has already been tested, but during these tests, devices that absorb a huge amount of energy caught fire. Russian firefighters were not allowed to the seat of the fire.

In August 1991, everything worked out clearly. The beam was focused towards the White House, at the same time suggestibility-enhancing vodka was brought there. A crowd began to gather. (Alcohol opens up individual psi-protection, which makes it easier to influence a person’s actions, especially when surrounded by a crowd. - E.B.)Gradually she was seized with excitement. They began to build barricades of debris against the tanks. No one noticed the operetta nature of everything that was happening, as if someone's invisible hand climbed into the subconscious and extracted from there a half-forgotten cliché: Krasnaya Presnya, 1905, "Down with the autocracy!", "Long live the revolution!". In the minds of people who had gathered on the same Krasnaya Presnya already in 1991, stable images acquired a new lexical coloring: "Down with the partocracy!", "Long live democracy!" Then Yeltsin made a speech. To do this, for some reason, he went down from the radio-controlled balcony and climbed onto the tank. Just a revolution and Lenin on an armored car! The people welcome the leader! Thousands of people, who became biorobots, swarmed around the territory adjacent to the White House. Soon it will be called Freedom Square.”

Only three things can be added to what the Bulgarian scientists have said: First. For many years of confrontation with Iraq, the Yankees used not only one Belknap. In 2002, a whole secret squadron of similar ships arrived in the Persian Gulf. She worked in cooperation with several squadrons of special heavy aircraft that carried repeaters on board. In other words, the planes were equipped with equipment similar to what worked in Moscow at the American embassy. (Note: One of the relay planes was shot down by Iraqi air defenses. According to some reports, even before the surrender of Iraq, Russian specialists managed to study its wreckage.) For local purposes in Iraq, mobile psi-emitters mounted on Humvee off-road vehicles and other armored vehicles were used. By the way, it was these installations, and not ammunition with depleted uranium at all, that caused the destruction of the central nervous system and leukemia in several dozen NATO soldiers.

Second. The use of psi-weapons by the Americans during the Moscow events of 1991 was pointed out not by anyone, but by the then Minister of Defense of the RSFSR, General of the Army Konstantin Kobets.

Third. Shortly before the above events, namely in December 1989, the same Belknap, together with the Soviet missile cruiser Slava, guarded the famous meeting of the then Secretary General CPSU Central Committee Mikhail Gorbachev and US President George W. Bush on the island of Malta. How do you like this coincidence? The sad results of these negotiations are well known to all. Gorbachev handed over the entire community of socialist states with giblets and opened the way for the Americans to Eastern Europe. This is where the question arises, did the Belknap psi-emitter help Mikhail Sergeyevich in this historic decision?

The next visit of Belknap to the Black Sea took place in June-July 1993. Also an incredibly memorable year. Who has forgotten, let me remind you that it was in 1993 that tanks rolled around Moscow again, and automatic bursts rumbled on the streets again. True, in fairness, it is worth saying that Belknap left the Black Sea even before the bloody massacre began in the Russian capital ... But did he come there for some reason? Personally, I believe that the visit of the American was connected with the running in and adjustment of new psi-emitters, which were already installed directly in Moscow. In those years, this was quite real. Under the rule of Mr. Yeltsin, the Yankees ruled the country and could easily install their equipment, even in Lenin's mausoleum on Red Square.

The use of psi-weapons during the events of bloody October 1993 was felt by many people. From their stories, we can conclude that several emitters were working in Moscow at once, having a diametrically opposite effect. Some of them drove to the scene a silent, completely apathetic crowd, whose unenviable fate was to splatter their own blood as much as possible. square meters asphalt. Others, on the contrary, inflamed the armed fighters, did not allow them to understand the situation, to doubt the correctness of the sacred struggle for new Russia, for the great President Boris Yeltsin. Zombies were killed indiscriminately and without fear of consequences. Here are the verbatim testimonies of some witnesses of those events:

The organization of information and psychological influences is carried out by special means that allow for a targeted influence on public opinion, consciousness, subconsciousness, people's actions, their mental state, feelings and health.

The study of the totality of these means allows us to conclude that today in the world a new class of powerful, highly effective weapons based on modern and promising psychotechnologies is being created, field tested and practically used in solving military problems, which can become one of decisive means achieving goals in modern war.

Psychological weapon - a set of means that selectively influence the mental activity of people in order to set the necessary characteristics for it and purposefully control human behavior in the interests of successfully solving combat missions.

The main types of psychological weapons include (Table 5.1):

  • information and psychological weapons;
  • linguistic weapons;
  • psychotronic weapons;
  • psychophysical weapons;
  • psychotropic weapons;
  • somato-psychological weapon.

Table 5.1 - Classification of types of psychological weapons

A variant of the classification of psychological weapons is shown in fig. 5.3.

Rice. 5.3. Classification of psychological weapons

Tasks solved by psychological weapons as a set of means of deliberate and organized influence on the psyche and behavior of military personnel on the battlefield:

  • ensure the achievement of the goals of the war without causing irreparable damage to the environment, the national economic infrastructure, and the human resources of the enemy state;
  • guaranteed to reduce the combat effectiveness of the troops of the opposite side to the specified limits, for a period of time necessary to solve tactical, operational and even strategic tasks;
  • significantly expand the mental capabilities of the military personnel of their own units and subunits, which will make it possible to achieve multiple superiority over the enemy in terms of moral and psychological state, combat activity, psychological stability and professional skill;
  • to force the enemy to occupy unfavorable areas and lines by setting up "psychological barriers";
  • to engage enemy personnel over large areas and throughout the entire depth of his battle formations (operational formation);
  • be applied to the civilian population in order to stimulate their mental states and motives that favor the solution of combat missions by the troops;
  • be less costly than traditional means of warfare, which allow solving problems of a similar class;
  • ensure the secrecy of deployment, use, etc.

Consider the main types of psychological weapons in more detail. At the same time, we will separately single out information and psychological weapons, since at present, in the implementation of PsyOp, it is precisely the means based on the production, presentation and dissemination of information that are considered as a priority in achieving military goals. And for their development and practical application, significant material and technical resources, well-known scientists, politicians, cultural and art figures, and highly qualified military specialists are attracted.

Linguistic weapons

Linguistic means (linguistic units, “special” terminology, turns of speech that have semantic ambiguity when translated into other languages, etc.) are intended mainly for use by highly qualified specialists in international negotiations, signing and executing agreements between the parties. These tools can provide long-term highly effective results through their use in the conclusion international treaties, writing texts of declarations, laws, etc. .

For example, in the texts of the Treaties on the limitation of missile defense systems of the USA and the USSR of 1972, on the elimination of the INF Treaty of 1987, on the limitation and reduction strategic weapons dated 1991, one can easily detect traces of the use of such linguistic weapons. So, the presence of only one obscure phrase “radar with large phased launch warning systems ballistic missiles strategic purposes should be placed only on the national territory, along its periphery and be turned outward ”allowed the United States to have two radars outside its national territory, in Greenland and Great Britain, and one in the center of the Alaska Peninsula at a distance of 800-1000 km from coastline World Ocean. At the same time, the USSR at one time was forced to liquidate its radar station of this type, built near Krasnoyarsk - 800 km from the Chinese border.

Psychotronic weapons

Psychotronic weapons - these are means of man-made impact on the physical condition and consciousness of a person. They solve the problem remote control the physical state of a person, his psyche and consciousness. The most common psychotronic weapons include:

  • electromagnetic radiation generators;
  • infrasound and ultrasound generators;
  • laser and light emitters;
  • special radiation generators;
  • computer technology, etc.

Let us consider the features of the impact of these types of psychotronic weapons on a person.

Electromagnetic radiation generators

Currently, microwave and EHF radiation is widely used in physiotherapy. Generalization of the experience of physiotherapy treatment shows that long-term non-intensive or short-term intense (at levels of more than 10 - 4 W / cm 2) exposure to short-wave EMR causes an anxiety stage for several days, and then - compensation and adaptation, accompanied by structural changes in the body. With prolonged intense exposure, the stage of anxiety, the stage of exhaustion and the occurrence of pathology of the body are observed. It should also be noted that with prolonged non-intensive exposure, genetic changes in the body are possible, which can cause undesirable consequences in future generations. In addition, it must be added that long-term (for many years) exposure to low-energy microwave and EHF radiation can cause a significant decrease and even complete suppression of immunity. This can lead to the spread of various diseases, epidemics and the extinction of large masses of the population.

In addition, microwave radiation can be used for bioresonance stimulation of the brain. As you know, the main role in the mental activity of a person, self-regulation of his behavior is played by the brain. Therefore, bioresonance systems that can provide manipulation of the subtle mechanisms of the brain and nervous system have great potential for psychological impact.

Bioresonance stimulation of the human brain is based on the fact that, depending on the mental state of a person, the integral functioning of the brain is characterized by electrical activity in certain frequency ranges (biorhythm). In a particular state of the body (mental or exercise stress, emotional stress, sleep, etc.) biorhythms of a certain frequency and nature are recorded. An electrophysiological study of the human brain allows us to identify five main frequency characteristics of its work (biorhythms), which determine the five leading modes of brain operation:

  • beta-rhythm (β-rhythm, frequency 13–35 Hz, amplitude 5–30 μV) corresponds to a state of active behavior, a stressful state, a state of anxiety;
  • alpha rhythm (α-rhythm, frequency 8–12 Hz, amplitude 30–70 μV) is characteristic of a state of calm wakefulness;
  • theta rhythm (θ-rhythm, frequency 4–7 Hz, amplitude 10–150 μV) is observed during deep relaxation, meditation, hypnotic trance, and a state of focused attention;
  • delta rhythm (δ-rhythm, frequency 1–3 Hz, amplitude 10–300 μV) occurs during deep sleep, as well as in coma;
  • gamma-rhythm (γ-rhythm, frequency 35–120 Hz, amplitude up to 25 μV) is observed during emotional and creative upsurge.

By acting in a certain way on the waves of any biorhythm of the brain with the help of a resonant effect, it is possible to transfer it to a dominant state and thereby influence a person's consciousness.

Currently, there are a number of physiotherapy devices that use the principle of bioresonance exposure, which allow you to correct the violation of brain biorhythms (i.e. cause a change in biorhythm) and provide a state of comfortable well-being. These devices are based on the impact on the brain by electric, electromagnetic, light, sound, etc. waves with low frequencies and negligibly small amplitude, close to the brain's own biorhythms and amplifying the amplitude of their oscillations, i.e., entering into resonance. Thus, it turned out to be possible to impose on the human brain rhythms characteristic of different states of consciousness. By synchronizing the impact in one way or another (for example, using a device of low-intensity electromagnetic radiation coinciding with the biorhythms of the brain) with the activity of the brain at the desired frequency, it is possible to cause a change in the biorhythm, i.e. deliberately change the state of consciousness of a person, his mood, emotional background, immerse him in the state of consciousness that takes place, for example, in a dream, under hypnosis, under stress, etc. It is obvious that information and psychological impact using these devices can be not only positive, but also hidden destructive.

Infrasound and ultrasound generators

Infrasound and ultrasound generators use the effects of destructive effects on the psyche and the human body of infrasound (oscillation frequency below 16 Hz) and ultrasonic vibrations (over 20 kHz).

Studies have shown that at an intensity level of 95 to 150 dB or more, infrasound can cause unpleasant subjective sensations and numerous reactive changes in people, which include changes in the central nervous, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as well as in the vestibular analyzer. These changes can also excite a state of horror and panic in people, cause a loss of self-control. A frequency between 6 and 9 Hz is generally extremely dangerous. Theoretically, such infrasound of sufficient power can break the internal organs. This is explained by the fact that the human body is a source of its own (endogenous) low-frequency acoustic field. The frequency range of low-frequency acoustic vibrations generated by various human organs lies in a wide range: from 0.5 to 100 Hz - the range of infrasound and low sound vibrations. As an example, we will give natural oscillation frequencies for some human organs: biorhythms of the brain - 1–40 Hz; eyes - 40–100 Hz; vestibular apparatus - 0.5–13 Hz; heart - 4–6 Hz; stomach - 2–3 Hz; intestine -2–4 Hz; abdominal cavity - 4–8 Hz; kidneys - 6–8 Hz; hands - 2–5 Hz; spine - 6 Hz. The existence of elastic waves is also found at the cellular level. Since the range of infrasound oscillations coincides with the natural frequency of oscillations of individual human organs, as a result of this, serious consequences can arise due to resonance.

Ultrasonic vibrations are not felt by a person, but even a low intensity of ultrasonic vibrations in the low-frequency range (20–30 kHz) significantly affects the human psyche: it causes headache, dizziness, fatigue, visual and respiratory disorders. Low-frequency ultrasound can be used to suppress the immune system and suppress the will, have a harmful effect on the cardiovascular, nervous and endocrine systems, and metabolic disorders. Under long-term action With intense ultrasound, the temperature of the human body rises, the pulse becomes less frequent, and reflex reactions to external stimuli slow down.

Laser Emitters

A relatively new means of psychological influence, which can find wide application in the practice of PsO, are generators of holographic images in the atmosphere, which are created by laser radiation. According to foreign media, in a number of countries projects are being developed to install laser-light complexes on existing spacecraft capable of projecting various images onto clouds. Clouds are an excellent natural screen located at an altitude of 60-80 km from the Earth's surface. The image projected on them will be clearly visible at a distance of 100–150 km. The first attempt to project onto clouds was made as early as 1915. At that time, on one of the sections of the Russian-German front over the positions of our troops, with the help of searchlights, the image of the Mother of God was projected onto the clouds. Eyewitnesses of these events spoke about the strong psychological effect of this action. Another case of this kind was noted on February 1, 1993 in Somalia, when a group of US Marines operating near the city of Mogadishu noticed in clouds of dust and sand an image of the face of Jesus Christ measuring approximately 150 × 150 m. Describing their mental state, the marines said, that they were crying on their knees, and for a long time they were unable to continue their combat mission. Currently, the United States is planning to create holographic images of Islamic preachers in the sky, who “from heaven” will advise their fellow believers to stop resistance, surrender to the mercy of the enemy, or return home. Thus, unexpected contemplation of images of saints, monsters (dragons, lizards, mutants, etc.) or other unfamiliar phenomena can have a strong psychological impact on people, both mobilizing and demoralizing.

light emitters

Successful practical use of the effect of flickering light to demoralize the psyche of people was carried out by British troops during the dispersal of demonstrations in Northern Ireland. For this purpose, a flickering light source with a frequency of 10–20 Hz was used. It was found that the strongest effect is exerted by radiation with a pulse repetition rate of 15 Hz, which lies in the red region of the spectrum and has a very low intensity (almost invisible light) with a steep leading edge of the pulses. Under the influence of irradiation, 5% of the irradiated people developed epileptic seizures, and 25% of the irradiated people felt unwell, nausea, dizziness, difficulty with fast movements, and even lost consciousness. It has been established that when exposed to flickering light, brain cells rearrange their oscillation frequencies in accordance with the frequency of flashes of light. Such an imposition of a rhythm can affect the state of the psyche, mental activity and well-being of a person.

Another example of a psychotronic effect on the psyche based on the effects of flickering light was the massive “television epidemic” that broke out in Japan on December 1, 1997 after the demonstration of the next series of the popular cartoon “Pokemon”. More than 700 children were taken to the hospital with symptoms of epilepsy. According to psychiatrists, episodes accompanied by numerous dazzling multi-colored flashes caused a massive illness. Doctors proved that red flickering with a frequency of 10 to 30 Hz first caused irritation of the optic nerves and partial spasm of cerebral vessels, and then loss of consciousness, convulsions and even spasmodic cessation of breathing (suffocation).

Computer techologies

The highest achievement of computer technologies in the field of psychological influence today is virtual reality, which allows you to break into the deep layers of the human psyche, replace individual elements of the self-image in the right direction and, ultimately, effectively manipulate the mind of a virtual user. The rapid development of virtual reality computer technologies poses a threat of the emergence of a man-made drug that is stronger and more “flexible” for controlling human consciousness than any known pharmacological narcotic drugs.

With the help of computer games, it is possible to transform the psyche of a playing person in a given program-supported direction. At the same time, phantom traces appear in the player's brain: dreams, fears, epileptic seizures, nightmares. Many children ended up in hospitals after such games and received serious psychological trauma.

Psychophysical weapons

Facilities psychophysical weapons are intended for covert violent influence on the subconscious of a person in order to modify his consciousness, behavior and physiological state in the direction necessary for the influencing party.

Psychophysical means, without the knowledge of the person himself, deprive him of the right to independently choose logically sound decisions, the freedom to choose his behavior, the fulfillment of desires, the expression of emotions, and even the psychophysiological state of the body (mood, health). In the extreme version, a person who has experienced a psychophysical effect turns into a "zombie", who flawlessly performs the program laid down in him. Psychophysical remedies are based on suggestion.

Suggestion (suggestion) - this is a targeted impact on a person or group (mass suggestion), perceived at the subconscious level and leading either to the appearance of a certain state of mind, feelings, attitudes, or to the commission of certain actions.

As a result of the suggestive influence, the object of suggestion has a tendency to obey and change behavior not on the basis of reasonable, logical arguments or motives, but only on the basis of a demand or proposal coming from another suggested person. At the same time, the person himself is not aware of such subordination, continuing to consider his mode of action as if it were a consequence of his own initiative or his own choice.

The most common are the following types of psycho-physical weapons, based on various types suggestions:

  • means of presenting unconscious acoustic information;
  • means of presenting unconscious visual information;
  • means of presenting unconscious combined information.

Let's consider these tools in more detail.

Means of presenting unconscious acoustic information

The possibilities for presenting unconscious acoustic information are extremely limited. The main technique here is the presentation of acoustic stimuli below the threshold of audibility against the background of louder masking information. In this case, very weak lower-threshold stimuli are not perceived by consciousness, deeply penetrating into the subconscious.

There are known methods for presenting unconscious acoustic information at a very quiet sound level (the volume level is 9–30% of the background sound or more), by spectrally masking the speech signal with music or noise. To date, several methods of masking speech have been developed. For example, an audio recording of very quiet speech is overlaid with very loud music. At a conscious level, speech is practically inaudible, but nevertheless it is perceived by the acoustic sensory system of the brain, recorded in the memory and has an impact on the life attitudes of the individual. Thus, a person listens to music or the sound of the surf in the rest room, follows the dialogues of the characters in the film and does not suspect that they contain commands not perceived by consciousness, but always recorded by the subconscious, forcing him to subsequently do what is prescribed.

It is possible to influence using technical means and methods of unconscious audio suggestion, based on algorithms for pre-processing audible speech information perceived by a person. Today, a number of computer programs have been developed that different ways transform audible speech to an unconscious level of perception. Such information may implicitly contain corrective "speech formulas" of verbal suggestion, transformed for unconscious perception through the auditory sensory channel at a subthreshold level.

In addition, modern computer technologies also make it possible to transform any music file in such a way that when listening to it, the necessary psychological effects arise: sound encoded to the alpha rhythm will help you relax; the sound encoded under the delta rhythm will help you fall asleep, under the theta rhythm - to achieve a state of meditation.

Means of presentation of unconscious visual information

It is assumed that visual means, unlike verbal ones, allow a person to almost instantly perceive the programmed information and psychological impact (although it can work much later), and this impact is deeper and more durable, since visual systems affect not only the intellect, but also on the emotional-sensual basis of a person.

The main parameters of visual perception are the position, shape and movement of the object, their color and brightness. The first three parameters characterize the visual perception of space, during which the integration of the relevant information received from the auditory, vestibular, musculoskeletal and other systems takes place. The perception of color can be reduced to an assessment of lightness or apparent brightness, hue or color itself, as well as saturation.

There are well-known methods of presenting unconscious information in the visual sphere. These are methods of various masking - direct, reverse, metacontrast, etc. All methods of visual suggestion are based on the temporal relationship between masked and masking stimuli.

More advanced methods of unconscious presentation of visual information are available and are being intensively developed. Such methods are based on "disparate" presentation, i.e. each frame of video information contains only a part of the suggestive image, which is insufficient for its comprehension. With the sequential presentation of a number of such frames, the summation of the parts of the figurative suggestion occurs at an unconscious level. It is clear that when viewing frames in freeze-frame mode, it is impossible to see suggestive information - it is formed only in the brain of the subject. This approach fits into the principles of neurosemantic hypertext, which are used in the methods of neurolinguistic programming.

An interesting example means of psychophysical weapons based on the presentation of unconscious visual information are the so-called "bioviruses" that spread in computer systems and carry subconscious messages.

The first such biovirus was "rave on" by the Swiss programmer J. Furcht, which disguised itself as an erroneously working postscript file viewer. At startup, the program reported that it could not work with this monitor mode, after which the monitor began to flicker. The flickering frequency of the monitor was chosen so that it acted hypnotically. One frame in every 60 conveyed the subliminal message “Rage! Rejoice and do not grieve! .

Another biovirus - V666 - uses the classic idea of the 25th frame. It displays a strictly defined combination of light spots on the monitor screen, introducing the operator into a hypnotic state in which he loses conscious control over himself. The same virus has a devastating effect on the physiology of the operator. According to the calculations of the creators of the virus, the subconscious perception of a new image should cause a change in cardiac activity: its rhythm and strength of contractions. As a result, there are sharp drops in blood pressure in the pulmonary circulation, which lead to an overload of the vessels of the human brain.

Information and psychological impact on both the consciousness and the subconscious of a person can have various kinds of images. Under their influence, he has certain intellectual, emotional and other associations. These associations can subsequently be effectively used to form well-defined beliefs and value orientations.

One of the most powerful means of influencing the human psyche is color, which can generate both positive and negative associations. Different combinations (combinations) of colors have a quite definite emotional impact on a person. Some combinations of colors give rise to a harmonious internal state of a person, others cause internal tension and external conflict. It has also been established that color exposure has a direct physiological effect up to biochemical, and different color stimuli cause various changes in the body. Mood, behavior, well-being, performance are closely related to the color scheme. environment- the color of the landscape, the interior of the premises, clothing. However, colors do not make sense on their own, but in various combinations (color gamut). In this case, the combination of colors is selected depending on what effect should be provided. So, psychologists believe that positive (“joyful”) emotions cause White color on green, green on yellow, yellow on green, yellow on white. On the contrary, negative (“sad”) emotions cause blue on black, purple on black, black on blue. The most aggressive are red on black, brown on blue, purple on black, blue on black, blue on brown, green on purple.

Color dynamic effects organized in a special way can be an effective method of modifying the consciousness, behavior and physical condition of a person. Using the right color scheme allows you to create the right emotional background for a positive information and psychological impact or, conversely, cause dissonance in emotional perception. These techniques are widely used in psychotherapy using slides and videos.

Means of presenting unconscious combined information

The effect of psychological impact is significantly enhanced by the combined use of various types of suggestion. most famous and simple example such cooperation and impact is the integrated use of acoustic and visual suggestion. It has been proven in practice that the unconscious acoustic suggestion that accompanies visual conscious information can modulate a person's attitude towards the latter. For example, when showing a human face, the subjects rated it as an image of a good or bad person, depending on the attitude formed in them with the help of a simultaneously running unconscious acoustic suggestion (calm, joyful, disturbing, militant, etc. music) .

The most complex form of presentation of unconscious combined information is neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), achieved through a long and painstaking selection of the "key" to the human subconscious. As such a “key”, a specially selected text (the so-called neurosemantic hypertext) is used, containing the most meaningful words and phrases for the suggestible person, a significant group of people, division, region. Memory, consciousness, subconsciousness of any person are considered by experts in the field of NLP as sections of the "map". The map looks like a loosely structured mixture of data and behavior programs, representing a personal model of the world. It is easily reprogrammed after a person enters special psychological-interface modes. The most likely area of application of NLP is the mass media with a focus on a specific, well-studied contingent of the population, education and medicine.

Psychotropic weapons

Psychotropic weapons are based on the use of a mechanism for changing the biochemical characteristics of the processes of the human nervous system by introducing into his body pharmacological preparations, narcotic substances, poisons in concentrations that cause the necessary mental reactions, states and behavior.

Those groups of psychotropic substances and compounds that are most likely to be used in war are listed in Table 5.2.

Table 5.2 - Psychotropic drugs suitable for military use

Tool name Purpose of funds
Pharmacological preparations
PsycholepticsDrugs that have a depressing and sedative effect on the central nervous system, and if the dose is increased, they prevent the emotional and volitional mobilization of enemy personnel before the battle, causing a state of drowsiness, lethargy and even sleep in the process of solving combat missions
PsychodyslepticsSubstances that disrupt the activity of the brain, the processes of perceiving the situation, making decisions, performing actions
PsychoanalepticsStimulants of activity, combat readiness, sthenic mood of own troops
PsychoenergizersMeans that allow military personnel to quickly restore expended energy, mobilize internal resources to maintain high combat activity
NootropicsPreparations that contribute to the rapid adaptation of soldiers to difficult conditions of a combat situation
Chemical warfare agents in sublethal doses
Nerve actionPoisonous substances that impede the implementation of the mental activity of a soldier, leading to a complete loss of the ability to control their behavior
Psychotomimetic actionPoisonous substances that disrupt the functioning of the brain, causing mental disorders, accompanied by hallucinations, impaired memory, mental and emotional processes, general psychomotor agitation, delirium
Irritant actionPoisonous substances that cause irritation of the mucous membranes of the sense organs of military personnel and temporarily deprive them of the ability to navigate in the elements of a combat situation

As can be seen from the table, psychotropic drugs are capable of solving a wide range of tasks to reduce the combat capabilities of the enemy and optimize the mental characteristics of the military personnel of their units and subunits.

At the same time, psychotropic drugs can be used in the form of aerosols, powders, tablets in a gaseous state.

IN Lately there are new classes of psychotropic drugs that have a very differential effect on the mental functions and behavior of a person, his memory and mental activity, increasing the resistance of the brain to aggressive influences (neuropeptides, nootropics, etc.). The ability of some psychotropic drugs to sharply reduce the protective functions of the body opens up wide opportunities for improving the effectiveness of other means and methods of information and psychological impact, primarily for manipulative technologies based on psychophysical and psychotronic drugs.

Psychotropic drugs with the help of simple techniques can be used for hidden information and psychological impact. Under the current conditions, it is difficult to control food and hygiene products supplied to the population. More and more goods are imported from abroad. Many psychotropic drugs can be surreptitiously administered to people through these products, either through the skin or by inhalation of aerosols.

Based on the properties of psychotropic drugs, one can imagine their capabilities when used for informational and psychological impact on a person.

Firstly, psychotropic drugs modify the human psyche, which in most cases remains efficient and continues to make decisions that do not adequately reflect the environment, do not correspond to reality. Surrounding a person with a modified psyche is not aware that his decisions and actions are not adequate to the situation. If such a person is a leader, then his decisions remain binding on the members of the team led by him, and their fallacy becomes clear to the majority either too late, or is not recognized by the team at all. In this case, the team does not associate their failures and defeats with the wrong decision-making and believes that all this happened due to some other reasons.

Secondly, psychotropic drugs can be used both against a specific person and against a large number of people. In the case of application against a specific person, his personal characteristics and his position in the social collective are taken into account. The expected change in the psyche in the case of the use of psychotropic drugs may be associated with the expected change in behavior, actions, actions of small groups of people and in the behavior of large social groups.

Thirdly, people who have been exposed to psychotropic drugs retain their somatic (bodily) health. Moreover, the modification of the psyche over time, calculated in weeks or months, stops either automatically or with the help of directed psychotherapeutic influence.

Thus, the use of psychotropic drugs has gone far beyond the scope of the psychiatric clinic. They can be widely used to achieve certain political, economic, military and other goals.

Somato-psychological weapon

Somato-psychological weapons are based on the principle of psychophysical parallelism, which determines the relationship between internal (mental) processes and external (physical) manifestations by type: "the internal manifests itself in the external, the external is reflected in the internal." In other words, we are talking about the fact that the specific state of the organism, the body of a person largely determines his mental states, emotions, motives and patterns of behavior. Therefore, purposefully changing the somatic state of a person, it is possible to to some extent correct his psychological characteristics.

It must be emphasized that only those forms of influencing people that are focused specifically on a purposeful change in their mental states and behavior and in which the body is assigned the role of a means should be attributed to somato-psychological weapons.

The main means of somato-psychological weapons are presented in table 5.3 according to data from the work.

Table 5.3 - The main means of somato-psychological weapons

Name of weapon Brief description of the weapon
laser weaponsLaser generators and devices used for temporary blinding of enemy military personnel
Means of immobilization of peopleQuickly hardening superglue compositions sprayed over enemy troops and sticking people to military equipment, soil, to each other. Suspensions that repeatedly reduce friction coefficients and make it impossible for people and military equipment to move, which gives rise to feelings of impotence, fear, and despair
Means of setting up "psychological barriers"Intolerable noise generators, compositions with an intolerable smell, pepper, laxative, emetic and other aerosols sprayed over a certain territory and creating conditions that are impossible for enemy troops and other people to stay on it
Non-lethal biological weaponsMicroorganisms, artificially bred insects that cause ailments (poor health, scabies, unbearable itching, extensive ulcers, etc.) and diseases that prevent enemy troops from conducting active hostilities and contribute to their demoralization
Non-lethal environmental weaponMeans of creating and maintaining for a long time weather and climatic conditions that are extremely unfavorable for the life of enemy troops

Weapons of the somato-psychological group can be considered one of the most developed in comparison with other means of influencing the psyche of people for military purposes.

For example, the psychological effect of a laser is based on a person's special fear of blindness. So, in the USA, a “laser dazzler” for a grenade launcher, conditionally named Sabor 203, was created. It consists of a laser diode placed in a hard plastic capsule and a control panel that sends pulses into it. By pressing a button on the control panel, the shooter puts the laser into continuous beam mode, which allows you to blind the enemy with a bright red light beam. According to the creators of the installation, it has an effective range of up to 300 m. In Somalia, the Americans tested this type of somato-psychological weapon on the civilian population. Directed at a crowd of hostile local residents, a dazzler's laser beam caused panic among them.

Separate types somato-psychological weapons (acoustic, pepper, tear, and other means) have long been widely used in the practice of military-police operations against insurgents, to disperse unauthorized rallies and demonstrations in many countries. There are also facts of the use of so-called "soft" means of influence against the civilian population - air and water guns, the action of which has a pronounced psychological effect.

An example is the LRAD, a device that emits sound pulses that make people severely dizzy and nauseous. The installation weighs about 20 kg, has a hemispherical antenna with a diameter of about 1 m and looks like a searchlight or a locator. It produces a highly focused high frequency shrill sound similar to a fire siren, but much louder. The volume of LRAD reaches 150 dB and can even damage a person's hearing aid (for comparison: a fire siren has 80–90 dB). In this case, the frequency of sound vibrations is 2100–3100 Hz. But sound has such characteristics only inside a narrow beam, so that the sonic boom does not harm the operator, but only affects enemies. LRAD affects the enemy with the power of sound, stunning them and causing pain shock.

Naturally, the use of other types of non-lethal weapons by the enemy, accompanied by the stoppage and "death" of military equipment, the failure of communication and control systems, surveillance and reconnaissance devices, cannot but affect moods, impressions, combat activity. However, in this case, the psychological effect will be of a side nature and is not considered as the main purpose of using these funds.
