  • Pork - about 1 kg and 500 g;
  • Dried apricots and prunes - 300 g;
  • Smoked brisket - 150-200 g;

Cooking method:

  1. First you need to prepare the dried fruits. Pour the washed prunes and dried apricots into hot tea and leave to steep for about an hour;
  2. Then marinate the meat. For convenience, a piece of pork can be cut into a book shape and beaten thoroughly. Coat with spices and mustard, salt. Leave for 30-50 minutes;
  3. Prepare the remaining ingredients: finely chop the brisket, onion, garlic. Place the mixture in a frying pan and fry, stirring, for 10 minutes;
  4. Squeeze the liquid out of the dried fruits and add them to the prepared mass;
  5. Mix the filling and spread in an even layer on the meat;

You will need:

  • Chicken meat (any parts: legs, thighs, drumsticks) - 2 kg;
  • For the caramel mixture: a glass of water (250), salt and sugar 1 tablespoon each and a couple of cloves of garlic.
  1. Fry the salt and sugar over high heat in a dry, hot frying pan. The mixture must be stirred constantly. It is important not to overdo it. As a result, the melted sugar should form a brown mass similar to caramel;
  2. Immediately add a glass of water and turn the heat to medium. While the sugar dissolves with salt, the mixture must continue to be stirred;
  3. Prepare the chicken: rub the meat with salt and spices, place on a baking sheet;
  4. The final stage is to generously pour the prepared mixture over the meat;
  5. Bake the dish in the oven at 190-200 degrees for about an hour.

Tongue in cream

A simple recipe for beef tongue and pork casserole is suitable for any feast.
